30-day returns
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, the kit must be unused and unassembled, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Email us at contact@nookverse.co with your order number before sending anything back. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without a return request first cannot be accepted.
Missing, damaged or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If a part is missing or damaged, or you received the wrong item, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement part or kit, or refund you, at no cost to you. You don't need to return the faulty item.
Items we can't accept back
Kits that have been opened and partly or fully assembled (unless they arrived faulty), and gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different design is to return the original and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.
14-day cooling-off period in the European Union
If your order is delivered in the EU, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will let you know once we have received and inspected your return, and whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days; your bank may take a few extra days to show it. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at contact@nookverse.co.
