Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide, and every order comes with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
Processing time
Orders are usually prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days.
Delivery time
Our kits ship from partner warehouses. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United States, Canada, UK and Europe: usually 7–15 business days
- Rest of the world: usually 10–25 business days
Some kits (for example selected Rolife models) can ship from a local warehouse and may arrive sooner. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and customs or holiday periods can add delays.
Ordering for Christmas?
We recommend ordering holiday gifts by early December to allow for busy postal periods.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on every order, with tracking included.
Tracking
You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to update after dispatch.
Customs and import duties
Depending on your country, customs fees or import taxes may apply. These are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, has missing parts, or hasn't arrived within the estimated time, please email contact@nookverse.co with your order number and photos (if damaged). We'll help with a replacement or refund under our Refund Policy.
